Raquilantang App End User License Agreement (EULA)

Please review this End User License Agreement (“EULA”) carefully before using Raquilantang App.

This EULA is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “Customer”, “you”) and Raquilantang App (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Raquilantang App software, website, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Raquilantang App solely for your internal business purposes and in accordance with this EULA and your subscription plan.

This license does not constitute a sale of the software or any intellectual property rights.

2. Account Responsibility

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Account sharing, unauthorized access, or exceeding licensed users is strictly prohibited.

3. Restrictions on Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
  • Copy, redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service.
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scraping without written permission.
  • Bypass storage limits, license restrictions, or usage quotas (e.g., AI request limits).
  • Upload unlawful, malicious, or harmful content.

4. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Raquilantang App, its design, databases, code, features, trademarks, and all related content are the exclusive property of Raquilantang App and its licensors. You receive no ownership rights—only a limited license to use the Service.

5. Data Privacy & International Transfers

We process personal data according to the Philippines’ Data Privacy Act (DPA 2012), Singapore’s PDPA, and applicable international standards. Data may be stored or processed in the Philippines, Singapore, or the United States.

6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service may include AI-powered features. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are responsible for verifying any AI-generated outputs.

Raquilantang App is not liable for decisions made based on AI suggestions or automated analysis.

7. Subscription, Billing, and Renewals

  • Access to Raquilantang App is subscription-based.
  • Renewals occur automatically unless canceled according to your plan.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of Service.
  • Storage, license count, and AI request limits are enforced based on your subscription tier.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this EULA, misuse the Service, exceed license limits, or engage in fraudulent behavior. You may terminate by canceling your subscription and ceasing all use of the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Outages due to AWS, external providers, or maintenance may occur.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Raquilantang App is not liable for:

  • Data loss
  • Service outages
  • Third-party platform failures
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days of your subscription.

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. If mandatory rights under Philippine law apply, those rights remain unaffected.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by local law.

13. Changes to This EULA

We may update this EULA from time to time. When significant changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date and notify users where required.
