Raquilantang App Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Raquilantang App (“we”, “us”, “our”) and all related websites, SaaS services, mobile components, data tools, and communication features (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Service, or continuing to use Raquilantang App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and End User License Agreement (EULA).

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
  • Your use must comply with all local and international laws.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use Raquilantang App only for lawful purposes. You may not:

  • Upload harmful, defamatory, illegal, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, license restrictions, or storage limits.
  • Use the Service to store illegal documents or sensitive medical/government data unless permitted.
  • Use the Service for high-risk activities where failure could result in financial or legal harm.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • You may not share accounts or exceed licensed user limits.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • Raquilantang App operates on recurring subscription plans.
  • Payment is required to maintain access to the Service.
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.
  • Storage, licenses, and AI usage limits are enforced based on your plan.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload, submit, or store within Raquilantang App. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely for operating the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, logos, proprietary code, database structures, and platform designs are the exclusive property of Raquilantang App and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

8. AI Features & Limitations

Raquilantang App may offer AI-assisted features. AI-generated suggestions may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for verifying AI outputs before relying on them.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party systems (AWS, email providers, analytics tools, payment processors, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party outages, limits, or failures.

10. Prohibited Activities

  • Reverse engineering or modifying the Service.
  • Scraping or automated extraction of data.
  • Interfering with or disrupting performance.
  • Using Raquilantang App to distribute viruses or malware.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, exceeding subscription limits, abusing resources, or engaging in fraudulent activity. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use and canceling your subscription.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Accuracy of AI-generated results
  • Security of data transmissions over the internet
  • Error-free or bug-free performance

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raquilantang App shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data or business interruption
  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Third-party system failures (AWS, email services, payment gateways)

Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the incident.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Mandatory consumer rights under Philippine or Singapore law remain applicable where required.

15. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When significant changes occur, we will notify users or request new acceptance where required by law.
